The Weekend Chef prepacked spice and herb mixes have been a favorite since their launch in 1995. The Weekend Chef team searches the leisure shows for the best products, practices and people of interest for a food loving audience. Every weekend millions pull out the Grill, brush off last weeks grease and grime and fire up. Besides these Weekend Chef's there are those who take their skills even further and become part of the competition circuit. Thousands compete in BBQ and Grilling festivals and shows around the country. You will find Weekend Chef at some of these competitions, learning about new trends, recipes and what's hot and what's not. Just in time to spread the word to the millions who stray no further than their back yard. |

Many have asked about the Weekend Chef packets of premeasured and premixed Herbs and Spices we created back in the mid 1990's. They were very popular in the test markets of the Jersey Shore, and New York. We shelved the production of the spice mixes in 1998 when we moved operations down to Orlando, Florida and focused on the development of TV and Radio. But we still produce occasional batches for demonstrations and local events. In the months ahead we will be evaluating the market, and will probably reintroduce them for 2010. |
